Journey to the land of the five senses …

Le plus beau voyage est celui qu'on n'a pas encore fait

Loîck Peyron

France has this advantage : it offers various lands, various cultures, colors and tastes that nobody can find anywhere... The land of Gironde has the same : beaches, ocean, woods and forests, vines ….and people, handmaking, and many things to share...

In Blaye no beaches, and no more ocean...but there is the river, the Gironde, and this is the largest estuary in Europe, shared with a lot of villages : everybody can visit it on boats, or cross over to Médoc, or discover fich places, life places … water noises...

Blaye has marsh, bird park, a beautifull nature to watch, colors, a sunset over the estuary...

Blaye has a history, a heritage : Gallo-Roman villa, the Vauban's citadel (the citadel of Blaye and the « Vauban's lock » are noted in UNESCO world heritage), Compostel's road, roman churches, castels, museums...

Blaye has a wine area, wine growers, wine grower's families, estates, a lot of wines to taste, people to listen...

In Blaye, every one can be surprised, walking, with bikes, cars boats and even ridin horses.... people can climb trees, swim in lakes, have a pic nic or gastronomic lunches in restaurants....

Our vines are growing here and we're waiting for you...
