Our phylosophy

We do not own our land, we borrow it from our children.
Vine Yard is alive, and that's why we have to respect it, and even the soils, the air and the water... We have to reason our everyday work. In the vineyard In the vine yard : looking after the vines, calling agriculture technicians, learning, using only treatment for plant protection when it's necessary, we don't use insecticide for more than 30 years ago, we apply a minimal weeding and a mechanical or manuel suckering , we keep natural grass for 7 years ago... The winery In the winery : analysis of the musts and the wines, intervention of an oenologist and regular tasting. Every days Management of our wastes, management of our effluents, joint work (group of employers, co-using of agricultural equipment )... *CUMA : Using Cooperative Farm Equipment From February 2012 we adhere to the Union of Independant Winegrowers of France and we respect their charter . |
